The terms that govern quotes, orders and use of this website.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are prepared for the volumes, grades and delivery locations you specify and remain valid for the period stated on the quote. Pricing reflects market conditions at the time of quoting and may be revised for subsequent orders.
Orders and delivery
Delivery windows are estimates and depend on carrier availability and weather. Risk in the product passes on delivery. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report shortages or damage within 48 hours.
Product use
Our products are industrial chemicals supplied with a Safety Data Sheet. You are responsible for using them in accordance with the SDS, product documentation and applicable regulations, including choosing the correct grade for your application. Technical de-icing grades must never be used in food, feed or potable-water applications.

Content on this site is provided for general information about our products and services. Specifications are confirmed on the documentation that accompanies each shipment, which prevails over website copy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products used contrary to their documentation.
Governing law
