How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange delivery and maintain our business relationship. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We share it only with service providers needed to fulfil your order (for example, carriers arranging delivery) and only to the extent required.

Retention and security
Quote and contact records are kept for as long as needed to serve your account and meet legal record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Access is limited to staff who need it, and data is stored with industry-standard safeguards.
